Non-scale victory of the week!

I drank a gallon of water each day, I continued with my workouts.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I guess I could have incorporated 2 cardio sessions a day (2 hours of cardio) because that’s what worked last month but I just didn’t feel like it. I felt like I needed to back off a little.

How many days did you exercise last week?

How would you rate your diet last week?

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Do 2 cardio sessions for 6 days, eat a large green salad everyday and continue with a daily gallon a day. 1.5 gallons didn’t help.

Non-scale victory of the week!

My non scale victory is that I am more aware of my body and how much I’m putting in it. I’m still impressed by my daily intake of water!

I wish I had a salad every day.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

This week I need to stay focused on consumption of food, particularly to get fresh veggies in everyday. Instead of a gallon on water everyday, I want to get 1.5 gallons in this week.

Non-scale victory of the week!

My non scale victory from last week was that I ate things that were not “on program “ but I didn’t allow it to derail me. I simply cut back the next meal. Also, I went to the gym consistently and got my water in too.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

This past week I could have resisted the potato chips. I had not had a period in 2 months and it finally came, hence the potato chip cravings.

Another week of consistency with 1-1.5 gallons of water a day, at least 3 double cardio days and journaling.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I ate the majority of meals at home last week and when I didn’t, I made great choices at the restaurant. I drank a gallon or more of water each day and it got easier to do so. I had a large salad everyday last week and incorporated plant based proteins.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I honestly feel like I made Health, fitness and this challenge a priority this week.

Again I want to drink 1 gallon of water a day, eat a large salad everyday and workout at least 6 days with 5 of those days being double cardio days.
