Non-scale victory of the week!
I drank a gallon of water each day, I continued with my workouts.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I guess I could have incorporated 2 cardio sessions a day (2 hours of cardio) because that’s what worked last month but I just didn’t feel like it. I felt like I needed to back off a little.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Do 2 cardio sessions for 6 days, eat a large green salad everyday and continue with a daily gallon a day. 1.5 gallons didn’t help.
