The week started out rough. Lots of eating poorly, but I realized that and turned it around! I started eating right again and being sure to hit the gym. I even made my goal of 2 hours of cardio for the week!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Definitwly eating better. There was some emotional eating after my husband's car accident, but we both realized it and started getting back on track.
