I am doing this for a couple reasons. I am tired of being the weight I am, my weight has crept up slowly for the couple years and it is time I reversed that. I am also getting married in 6 months and want to be happy with my body by then.

Tried new and different workouts. Try were hard but felt great

Handle my cravings. Ate brownie batter and chips and cookies and so much other junk food in no way should have eaten.

This week was super stressful at work but I was still able to control myself and nor address eat everything in sight like I have in the past.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Could have eaten more. In an effort not to stress eat I Moses some meals entirely which isn't the healthiest.

The week started out rough. Lots of eating poorly, but I realized that and turned it around! I started eating right again and being sure to hit the gym. I even made my goal of 2 hours of cardio for the week!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Definitwly eating better. There was some emotional eating after my husband's car accident, but we both realized it and started getting back on track.

2.5 hours of cardio. Finally want to honestly be able to tell my doc I do 150 min of exercise a week.

I have been trying new workouts. Trying to find new and enjoyable ways to exercise and also use my muscles in different ways.

Eating was not good at all this week. Ate really badly for two days and had too much empty calories in alcohol another day.

Have been eating healthy like I wanted to this week. It definitely isn't easy but I am doing it. Having my husband do it to helps a lot.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Drink more water, definitely. That is a bad habit of mine.

Drink more water. Workout at least 4 times. Made it 3 times this week and my muscles are still sore but I can do this. One day, one step, one meal at a time.

I stress eat. I also eat emotionally and in general I have little self-control with food. I need to work on that as I work to lose weight.
