Non-scale victory of the week!

I went to the mall this week and walked past the pretzel and cinnamon roll shops. Those things are my weakness!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My diet could have been a bit better. I didn’t meal plan as well as I usually do.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Last night my boyfriend and I were running errands and he got hungry. He decided to stop at McDonald’s. I had to sit in the car the whole way home smelling fries and chicken nuggets. It was the worst, but I didn’t budge!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I definitely could have moved around a bit more at work. I have a desk job so my movement tends to be a bit stationary. I generally have to actively force myself up from my desk to move around. I didn’t get a chance to do much of that this week.
