I made a yummy healthy menu. Learned veggie recipes. Went 30 min jogs every day, even in the rain! Tried my old Zumba Xbox videos. That was a fun workout! Ate a salads, drank my protein shake, wrote in fitness pal and took my vitamins.

Start running earlier in the week. Make it to live workouts. Eat less carbs
