I started going to the gym and joined a group classes at 5am. I've been jogging everyday and increasing my distance. been packing snacks for school.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I completed the Zumba party game! joined 5k training in runbet! it's intense and challenging. sprained my ankle but was still able to run on Monday. ate a healthy but yummy menu. learned new recipes.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I made a yummy healthy menu. Learned veggie recipes. Went 30 min jogs every day, even in the rain! Tried my old Zumba Xbox videos. That was a fun workout! Ate a salads, drank my protein shake, wrote in fitness pal and took my vitamins.

Start running earlier in the week. Make it to live workouts. Eat less carbs
