I can't tell in the clothing yet, but week 1 went fairly well. I stayed away from the carbs for the most part, except I had some mac and cheese last night, but that was it for the week. I stayed away from sugar as well. I am pleased but do not want to get overly excited here. This is just a small dent in the overall picture. LOL
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Done more walking and gone to the gym more. I went two times.
