I was able to count my calories every day and exercise 6 days in a week. I did more intense workouts and lift weights.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was able to excerise intensely every day. I went swimming 2000 yards yesterday, on sunday I did one hour bike ride with two miles run immediately after. I did strength training on Friday and the other days I went swimming and cycling too. I tracked my calories 10 days in a row! I prepared my food in advance. And ate a green apple everyday! :)
