Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Keeping hunger down; continuing to eat as clean as possible when I get burned out on healthy food easily; my kids cause a huge lack of sleep and inability to work out - heck I can't even make dinner half the time; and not giving in to eating out so much on the weekends
