It is hard to get enough of the right kind of exercise while being in college. I'm 57 years old and trying to make positive changes in many areas. Weight loss and finishing my education are the main efforts at this time. I try to park at the outer edge of the campus, this helps me get in some walking. Very happy to have met the round 1 goal. YAAAYYY!!
