I seem to have fallen off the face of the earth. I am still here! I ended up stopping after I got to the middle of level two. I didn't have enough time to recover between workouts and was sore all the time. Though I really should have stopped completely. Also, I'm still working out 6 days a week just not doing the DVD. I think I will bring it back into rotation but not EVERY day.
