I got the Pomegranate as Citrus sounded a little tart maybe. Thanks for the information and positive encouragement of your weight loss on them! I need all the help I can get. Only lost 2 pounds so far instead of 4 where I should be at. Oh well,. at least I am looking at changing my eating and am now taking a key biotic capsule. Also, I actually walked 10 minutes on my treadmill tonight instead of always talking about it and not doing it. Good luck to you in the next several days of the contest!!
