Hi Deanna, I'm not sure if you and I are in the same situation but it turns out I had so much trouble losing weight because I was eating emotionally rather than being hungry. I'm giving you this link in case it may be of some help. http://www.doctorjenn.com/resources/handouts/
Select the "Hunger Scale & Food Log Homework" link. Dr. Jenn's method is to eat only when your are at 3 on her hunger scale and stop when you are at 5. Never mind the time of day. just follow your body's signals. Last year, I wound up losing 15 pounds over 3 months, reprogramming my brain where it comes to eating. Good luck!

That is the boat I am in! I have been very stressed out from my job for the last 2 years and I have definitely been eating my feelings when I get home from work. I will check this out for sure. Thank you for taking the time to show me this!
