Well I ate the cake Crystal but guess what?!? I only ate 1/2 of a piece! So proud of myself for having self discipline.

Half is better than a whole piece!! Good for you! I found Healthy Choice Frozen Greek Yogurt and it's pretty good... you should try that for your sweet cravings :)
