I survived the detox and I am down 4 pounds this week. Very excited about that. Half way there! I will probably do the shred starting next week. Just eating healthy right now. Haven't even hit the gym yet.

How have you done on the 3 day detox? Notice any difference yet?

I am surprised that I am actually doing OK with it. I really didn't think I could do it but here I am at the end of day 3 and somehow through the encouragement of my kids and this board, I am almost there! I am pleased to day that I didn't feel fatigued at all during it which was by biggest concern - I am a busy mom of 3 teenagers so couldn't afford to feel tired!! And to be honest, except for a couple of times, I haven't been that hungry either!

That's great!! Except for the first day, I haven't been too hungry either. But it also takes me like 1-2 hours to choke down the whole smoothie, so I think that helps a lot. I have a 4 year old and work full time, so I totally understand not being able to lose your energy level! I'm trying to wait until Saturday to weigh myself again. But I notice some people are weighing in daily.
