Got thru it some way. Got up and ran 4 miles, went to Dentist and came home and weighted and I was at 250under my weight at 251.7. Blow my mind . Still had not heard anything yet, but should be good.

This is my 2nd dietbet and it been harder to loose weight this time. I have 1.9lbs to loose in 2 days. Have to run to run
2 times a day to loose these lbs. I'll get there. Thanks for the encouragement, it does help. Hope that you make your goal.
