Joined DietBet again! Was accountable for my New Years Eve calorie intake and staid under my goal.

Going to the gym in the morning. It has really helped with my stress and keeping in track. I also won frannys weekend challenge!!!

Long-term goal weight

160 lbs

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I tend to do really well and make progress and then I go back to old ways. I love white mochas so it will be hard to give that up. Finding time to go to the gym is also hard- between work, Mom life, wife life and school it seems like I can’t do gym and everything else. I have a ton of guilt that I am working on and balance will be key.
