How did you know I'm having hormonal challenges? LOL! Peri menopause is challenging, but I'm holding the reins and taking this period of my life for a ride to a super healthy old lady! I can't wait for my periods to stop! THANKS for your encouragement! I NEED IT!

I'm so jealous of you. I had a hormonal challenging month in April, and I gained 10 lbs. Now I have to lose it all over again, and it's really hard the second time. I'm juicing right now for 3 days, and I hope it curbs my cravings. DOH!
