gave in to temptation this week. too much ice cream, chips, oh my goodness chips are such a bad idea for me. and we had doughnuts

this week my goal is really consume less sodium, keep drinking water and keep getting in my workouts daily. I did hit 7 hours of workouts last week which made me very happy
