First of all, the name you are using is my all time favorite word, so you must be amazing if you are using it to describe yourself. Amazing people do NOT give up. You need to choose to take the attitude of "YEAH I'M GONNA DO IT NO MATTER WHAT!!!" The best thing about this challenge is even if you miss the goal one month, you can recover and do it the next month. Is it possible to lose 3.5 more lbs in 1.5 weeks? Yes! Will is suck? Probably!!! Do your best and get as close to that goal as possible so even if you don't make it you will be on track to make month 2's goal!!! I have used lots of diets over the years and have been quite successful with weight watchers, but I go back to my old habits once I reach my goal. This time I am in it for the long haul and have discovered the every other day diet which has actually worked despite me eating whatever I want every other day.
