  • I’ve been eating this egg/veggie casserole for breakfast almost every day since January 2022 when I started my weight loss journey. I eat it with half an avocado and a high protein wrap. I keep wanting to try all of use delicious sweeter breakfast options you all share, but so afraid to venture away from what I know works for me! Anyone else have these same thoughts?

I do enjoy protein pancakes on the weekends sometimes yalda, so yummy!

Melissa…yes we change up the meats and cheese blend in the casserole to keep it different but the same as well!

I have often considered switching from my wonder whip breakfast (with Greek yogurt, Shakeology, and 1/4 c oats) to a savory egg-based breakfast.. I've heard Ilana say that the less sweets you eat, the less sweets you crave. And I do tend to want sweets, although I've gotten pretty good at subbing them for protein/healthy-for-weightloss sweets. I would say if the egg/veggie casserole is working for you, stick with it! You are crushing it, Erin!
