How is everyone feeling? It’s Thanksgiving Thursday, but I usually don’t feel super thrown by this holiday except by drinking and I am not drinking this time around so I’m hopeful it’ll feel easier to stay on track. Today, I made rough choices and have nearly consumed all of my day’s calories and it’s not even 9AM, but… we live and we learn.
