How is week one going? I've decided to do my token weigh-ins on Friday mornings just to be consistent (and hopefully that allows me a small splurge over the weekend) and had a great weigh-in this morning. I know it is all water weight but I'll take it!

I've had a rough start week. I haven't been eating great. I stepped on the scale this morning and I haven't lost. But luckily I weighed in in the evening so it was 3lbs heavier than I normally am in the am. I'm going to weigh in on Tuesdays. Not sure why I picked that day except they do the drawings on Thursdays and the last day you can weigh in is Wed so I though it would give me an extra day in case the deny my weigh in. My plan for this week is to drink more water (I've only been drinking water but I think I haven't been drinking enough) and to bring m y food to work so I won't be tempted by junk.
