Aw thanks hun! I need to do this... no choice anymore. Mind me asking what your average day meal plan would look like? I need ideas :)

I do too! When I started I was 362 pounds. I'm down to 261.3! It's so worth it and we can cheer each other on. I had no choice either, I needed to do this for myself.

Sure. I have to eat within the first hour of waking up.
8:30 Protein Shake (I use Isagenix Chocolate)
10:30 5 Almonds or 1/2 a protein bar
12:30 (400 - 600) calorie meal… I now eat all organic and no processed foods anymore
2:30 apple and almond butter (my favorite mid afternoon snack) or a pear with almond butter
4:30 Almonds
6:30 Bootcamp
8:30 Protein Shake

I average about 1200 - 1400 calories a day.
