Not exactly thrilled this morning to do my weigh in for the new game and see I've gained back almost everything I lost. I knew I'd gotten off track the past couple weeks but didn't know I was THAT off track :(

Ugh Kellie girl I've been struggling a lot! Week 1 I did great, week 2 I had some setbacks and the past few days I've been sick with a bad cold. I'm trying to get myself back on track though. I did the treadmill today and yesterday even with all my coughing. Won't meet my 4% but I'm not giving up!

You can do this Hun! Don't worry about the 4% just take it one day at a time, eat good foods, and try to get some activity in. I know you can do this. Not sure if you saw my other post to you, but I left my email address if you would like to chat thru email. I Know I could use a buddy. :-).

It's going! I'm trying to make better choices and get in at least a few minutes of activity every day even if it's just parking further away at the grocery store :)
