Thanks for your kind words, George! I see you are just getting going. Stick with it- it's so worth it! My life has completely transformed since I started my Shakeology and T25. I feel so different- I'm so much happier! It's changed my life. I'm coaching others now too and I'm just floored. I've lost 52 pounds total and 48 inches! Woot!
