well done to your company for allowing the workers to put their health first on paid time, well done for what you have done too. With your jump rope, do the 10 in the morning, 10 in the afternoon and 10 in the evening, because that quickly boosts you inside, and before you know it your be doing 100 3 times a day, all the best christy
