I think that is MORE than a minor victory! I think most of us here are programmed to binge eat junk when emotional stuff happens to us. I have recently had to resist the urge as well. And you know what? The more you resist, the easier it gets.

You can do it! I have similar feelings about weight gain. I keep thinking that if I'd just stuck with it I'd have been at my goal weight years ago. On another note, It hurts me to look back at photos from when I was younger and to think how young and beautiful and thin I was when at the time I considered myself fat and ugly.

I guess what I'm saying is we should focus on the positives of today!!!!!
