smiles good job on u weight loss its awesome too see it can be done thank u for showing me there's a chance for me too still loss an keep off this weight i;ve done it in the past but then went bk too eating like i used too stop working out so i gained it bk then some it really depressed me to see that but coming on here seeing you an a lot of others doing it an keeping it off really showed me a diffident view now so thank you so much an keep up the good work take one day at a time an don't sweat the small stuff hug's

lost 0.8 after all the hard work I will take any loss. MY butt hurts from all the work I am doing but I know it is going to be worth it.

My family and I have been on a journey since January 10 th no bread flour sugar potoates rice or pasta and I am down 44.4 pounds in nine weeks and as a family we are down 105.6 in same nine weeks. Also I found out that I love yoga and go to the gym and do it twice a week and then work out with a group of ladies from church another two nights and I hardly sit and watch tv in evening at all.
