cutting down is hard mine was a dr pepper addiction and the one thing I found is it is progress not perfection.

I have been a chronic caffe addict, drinking at least two liters of Mt Dew a day, I thought I was doing well by switching to diet. Not really a change. In the last several years I added at least two 16 oz Monsters to my habit.
Last week I quit Monsters and reduced the soda to 20 oz a day. I'm not that excited because I drink coffee in the moring and tea in the afternoon, but, I now drink 64 to 96 oz of water with favors in it. That is unheard of for me.
It's a start.
