What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Not eaten so poorly after the weigh-ins and made it harder for myself. Now I only have 3 weeks left to make the Kickstarter and it's too late to back out now...Good news is the past two days have been perfect and I've made a plan. If I stick to the plan I'll make the weigh-in. Also, my period is next week I think, so I'm not expecting changes to show on the scale until after.
