Sounds Great! You are doing Awesome! This week has been super busy but I have made I have set up my food for the week to make good choices. I won't be able to workout as hard but I have still made time :) I am sure I will still get a weight loss this week! Cheer to a good week ahead!

You inspired me this morning Brookie to really keep the calories down and the water up. I ended the day with 1341 calories, 10 cups of water and a Curves workout plus over 34 active minutes walking today. 5291 steps and climbing!
