Hope the class is awesome! I fell off the wagon a bit. I got work on the side so I had to work nights on top of my day job. I didn't realize how much I stress eat. I finished the work and now I am back on track!

You are still making progress for a tough week! That's great! And we are ahead of the curve! I had my struggles also this week. I was unable to find the time to exercise as much as normal but still got some in and got a weight loss in :) I plan to go even harder this week! For this week how bout when we think we are done exercising we add another 10mins to it and push ourselves!!! I will make time. We can do it!

Sounds good! I need to work my abs. So I think I'll focus on an abdominal challenge plus remember to do my back stretches before bed.

Good Morning Colleen, Wow Awesome Start! Keep the momentum going! I always set weekly goals for weight loss. I don't always meet them but even getting half way there is great! The way your going I see a great weekly total for you! :)

Yes I am trying to keep to the breakfast within 30 min, 5 meals and exercising. Having some trouble with the water. 5 cups is easy but getting up to 8 is a challenge. I have a stressful week ahead and I'm not getting much sleep. So I will add that to the goals too.

You are doing great! Don't worry about the water. At first it drove me nuts. Just try to a cup a week till you build up to 8. Sometime I just wait till I work out and down 3 cups of water then because I am sweating it out so much and it helps me keep hydrated. I hope the sleep that you do get is peaceful! Hang in there!

You got this Colleen! Just take it a week at a time! Do as much as you can the first week and when you see the success from the first 7 days it will propel you to the next!
