Non-scale victory of the week!

I did a 48 hour fast and broke the fast with a steak dinner with appetizers and sides. i only ate half of it for dinner and ate rest of it for breakfast!! After that I did a 16 hour fast where I ate dinner at 6pm and am waiting to eat breakfast when my weight is verified for a Diet Bet.
