I completed the second week of my Pilates challenge.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

There were some healthy high-fiber snacks at work which I ate. And while healthy is good it’s not calorie free! Those snacks probably kept me from losing more weight

I finished “Let’s Get Up”.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I really need to get a hold of my mind. I am stressing over the seven month’s worth of pandemic money that I’m missing from 2020 and have been fighting for for the past year and a half. It makes me want to stress eat!

My step count has been between 13,000 and over 15,000 steps!

I still like to snack on carrots and hummus or protein balls at night and I need to cut out late home snacks.
