Hi, Dusty. I noticed you mentioned a higher calorie day and a resting/lower calorie day. What program or ideas are you following?

to confuse your body. so I do 45 min of intense cardio every other day for a while, then skip 2-3 days and do 2-3 days in a row after that and then start over again. on my high cal days, I do 45 min of cardio in the morning and 15 min on bowflex. on my 2000 cal day, I do the same morning routine but add an hour water aerobic class in the evening. on the 1300 cal days I usually rest on those days, or just do a light walk or light weight lifting.
