Doing anything out of my regular routine always throws me off, and this time it was vacation. All that sodium eating while travelling ugg. Even one alcoholic drink will turn me into a camel with water retention. I am doing better! I put my weight in regardless that I'm up a little...something I normally have a hard time doing. I did my workout this morning even though I didn't want to. Progress! It's easier said than done but emotional times are the times you really need to stay focussed and keep putting the healthy stuff down the hatch! Good luck!

I always say 80% diet and 20% exercise to people too! LOL. Abs are totally built in the kitchen!

Cool! Mine isn't a fan of exercise but hoping I will rub off on him. Thank goodness he supports me and eats what I eat :D

I'm struggling with mine too. But he knows he needs to get better for his health. I just try to meal prep every week regardless and encourage by doing no matter what. No excuses! :) with hopes one day he'll jump on this band Wagon with me :)
