I received a Fitbit for Mother's Day. And I have been tracking my calories. I have made good progress now that I can see what is going in and what I am expending each day. One pattern is that I don't do well with Carbs and sugar.

Hi everyone!

What is your planned approach for losing weight during this game?

I going to focus on avoid processed foods and eating mindfully. Hopefully get some more exercise in too but that can be difficult for me as I work very long hours

I have a similar approach as you (avoiding processed foods and eating mindfully). I’ve been writing down what I eat and it does help me be more aware of how often I’m eating and how much. I’m making sure I drink 2L of water every day and prioritizing sleep. My goal is 5 20 minute high intensity workouts in a week which has been going okay the last month or so. :grin:
