Hi Megan! Keep at it! Use that Fitbit. If you put everything you eat and all your activities in there then it will tell you what to do!

Megan, you can do it! You made it at home - you can do it at work. Your method of exercise is walk/run, so walk/run past all those office treats; keep a protein bar in your desk for when you're feeling left out of the snacking (Quest bars are excellent!).
