I think you've had your "I've had it" moment! You can do it! And remember weight loss is 80% food, so you don't need to do strenuous exercise to lose the weight. BUT exercise is great! I'm sure you can find something you will love. Just keep experimenting until you find YOUR thing! Good luck!
