So good to hear from you Stacy!!! I miss my former DB buddies. I didn't jump on the Eat Drink Be Skinny soon enough and figured I shouldn't try to do all that catching up. I am still losing weight, but have had to cut back on some exercise because I have hurt my calf muscles. I think it was bad shoes (which I have since replaced). So, it is swimming and weights only and that isn't as easy to fit into the schedule as other things since it requires a trip to the yum, not just heading out my front door. But, still doable and I am getting it done. Going to try my wii zumba tomorrow and see how that feels. I do miss that a bunch and it gave me a serious workout! Thanks for catching up.
