How did you lose 75 pounds??

I cut down on all sugars. No more soda, candy etc. Gym 6-7 days a week. Lift weights 4 or them. Cardio, 10-40 minutes each day. 10-20 cardio on days I lift weights. I eat healthy. Salad, a lot of veggies. I try to each something every two hours, yogurt, fruit or a carrot, something like that. Smoothies for a snack later after dinner sometimes when I hungry.

Hi hi hi! I was wondering if you wouldn't mind sharing your baked garbanzo bean recipe? I have one, but it would be more fun to use yours in the healthy weight loss snack post I'm working on :) I will of course give you proper credit! Ah ha -- I see you shared it with someone below --- do you mind if I post it on Eat. Drink & be Skinny?

Yes, go ahead.

I use a can or two of garbanzo beans and let them sit out on a paper towel for a couple of hours.
I pull off as much of that shell of the ban as I can. Oven at 400 degrees. Coat garbanzo beans with olive oil and whatever spice you want. I use garlic salt and pepper. After 20 minutes in the oven I turn the beans and cook about another 10-15. You need to check them out to see how crisp you want them. Heres a link, you can decide how you want to do them. Good Luck, these are a healthy snack.
