Can you tell me how you get runkeeper to post to dietbet?

You need to go to "Settings" (press your picture in the upper right corner). In "Social settings" you can link your RunKeeper profile to DietBet, and then it'll automatically post when you've worked out.
Let me know if you need more help :)

What's LCHF bread? Where can I get the recipe? Thanks!

It's "bread" with low carb and high fat, often made with eggs and coconut flour. Ypou should be able to google it - or look at http://lowcarbhealthyfat.com/2013/10/15/white-bread-the-lchf-way/
