Hey Jen. Looks like we have the same approach to reach our goal. I am just starting out so walking on a treadmill is what my workout consists of right now. Maybe as the weather gets nicer I'll actually get outside! Keep up the good work girl!

Thanks so much Laura! I don't have time for the gym so walking at lunch and sometimes with my dog is my workout right now. I have a coworker that has started walking with me which also helps as well!
