i like you pictures you posted... you look amazing... how did you lose the weight..i have 82 lbs to lose myself.... so i have a ways in front of me.... hope you had a good first day... i saw a little movement in a good way... probably all water weight though...

Thanks a lot Liz! I've done it all and I've learned this time around that the old fashioned way is the best way!! Portion control, calorie counting, and running has gotten me this far. MyFitnessPal is your best friend...log religiously and be honest with yourself :) Good luck!!
