Part of my fast weight loss is my starting weight, I weighed 212 pounds, so heavier people lose more weight. Other than that I attribute it all to following the whole30 diet. Meat, veggies, fruit, nuts. No alcohol, sugar, wheat, legumes, etc. very super duper clean eating. All grass fed and organic. My body is just the happiest it's ever been eating this way! And the weight is reflecting that.

Well, I dropped the ball on support now didn't i! Oops. Did you end up winning like you thought? I crushed this month, I'm only a few pounds away from the second months goal....hopefully I can keep losing!
