Last 2 days surprisingly was quite poor in the fact that I did consume quite a lot of carbo and processed food. But today morning I have started the day of with a 3 km walk and am feeling charged.

The case for putting ice cream on your salad instead of olive oil at the 4 min mark cracks me up every time :-) It's so eye-opening!
