Hi Sherri. I had over the past twenty years lost about 50kg in a period of 6 to 8 months three times. I did it with very intense exercise and dieting. It was of course non sustainable and I always became heavier than I was before. This time I am trying a lifestyle change and hopefully this time the weight loss is sustainable. All the best
