Hi everyone! My name's Nicole, and I'm from Ontario, Canada. I have done a couple of dietbets in the past and enjoyed them, and even lost a bit of weight. Last year, I tore my ACL/meniscus and got surgery in October (2nd time actually ?). Since my injury, I've gained 15lbs or so. With my injury and not being in a good spot mentally, it lead to me being inactive and indulging in unhealthy eating habits. I want to get my health back on track and lose the weight I gained, and eventually more. I really enjoy strength training, and I'm currently limited in the cardio activities I can do (can't do any running/jumping yet). As my rehab continues, I'm excited to get back to light running (something I started before my injury). I know we are all capable of achieving our goals. Im looking forward to the next 4 weeks and having the encouragement of this group to keep me going!
