So tired of the yo-yoing. Went to my doctor for a physical - much talk on the importance of sleep! 💤 i sleep well whenever i sleep but it too is yo- yo sleep (5 hours 8 hours) no set routine. She strongly encouraged me to begin there. So I’m aiming for a scheduled 7/8 hours a night at routine times. Let’s see this weight drop off me and help eliminate my work stress!!!!

If sleep is the magic key - I’m “up” to trying it (no pun intended).
