I’m hitting it out of the park with this weeks challenge! Hope everyone is as well. I found these amazing dried fruit snacks - tastes like an apple but crunches like a chip. So many varieties I’m testing.

Also getting the daily fruits and veggies in. Somewhere - somehow my energy is coming back - I’ve been yo-yoing for a year and LOST last months diet bet - which hurt. Changed up my eating to include more fruit variety and wow ? starting to feel like winning!

I haven’t posted much—busy work week kept me at my desk way too much, but I managed to walk in the mornings and workout in the evenings 5 days, which was my plan. Managed to avoid evening snacking, which was also part of my plan. Result—I’ve reached my goal weight for this month ahead of schedule. Now to keep it off and proceed to my overall goal!

Does anyone know much about Histamine?? I’m on a low histamine diet (or at least I am trying to be) but it’s harder than I thought. No eggs, tomatoes, spinach, avocado, eggplant, peppers, no acid fruit and no cooked food that’s been in the fridge for over 48h… so much for batch cooking…
I do feel much better but probably cause I’ve been eating chicken beef and cucumbers for a week hahaha…
Anyone else done a low histamine diet before?

No but that sounds tough! My daughter had to eat a low FODMAP diet for a while. Different but also very restrictive, especially for a teenager. Even though it’s hard, I think it will be worthwhile.
