I have been in europe for 5 weeks, and ate,drank, walked, swam,explored...enjoyed life and was careful with the amount of carbs at each sitting : that was it for my "diet/watching what I eat" plan!!! And I only gained 3.8 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!! So excited about this!!!!!!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Also, did not workout due to having some vein stripping surgery done in Hungary, so again this is real life living not a diet!!! So so exciting!!!!
